Dive into Taputeranga Marine Reserve at this free community snorkel. Join the Mountains to Sea Wellington team to discover what’s hidden beneath the blue, and meet some fishy friends!
Mountains to Sea Wellington provide all the necessary gear and experienced guides to ensure your safety and enjoyment in the water. Participants just need to be at least eight years old and confident swimmers. Those under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Registrations open at 10am – come down to book a snorkel time for the day- spots may fill up quickly. Bring your togs, towel, refreshments.
At this special Seaweed Festival snorkel, make a day of it exploring the fun seaweed themed stalls and activities- create your own seaweed cyanotype print, try Seaweed inspired kai, and hear from Seaweed experts- keep an eye on the facebook event for programme updates!

To get to Taputeranga Marine Reserve:
Mountains to Sea Wellington encourage attendees to leave cars at home and use alternative transport where possible. Locals- please come on foot or bring along your bikes/ scooters!
