The Hāpai Te Hauora ‘Oranga Whenua, Oranga Tangata’ Symposium will bring Indigenous innovation to the forefront, with an emphasis on promoting a collective effort in the Māori Public Health movement that is deeply embedded in Te Ao Māori.
The symposium will illustrate the interconnectedness of critical sectors including iwi development, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, education, media, taiao and hauora – with the shared vision of whānau, hapū, iwi and hapori driven wellbeing.
Join Hāpai te Hauora from the 26th to the 27th of November at Te Papa Museum Wellington, as they delve into a rich exploration of Māori Public Health and its integral role in the wellbeing of communities.
